Q1 Do you do all your own maufacturing and repairs?
A1 Yes we do all our own repairs on jewellery.The watches that we stock are returned to the manufacturer for repair. We only make our own range of bespoke jewellery.
Q2 How long does it take to size a ring?
A2 We can size most rings within 24 hours plus postage time. If you can call into our shop if time allows we can do it sooner
Q3 Do you sell secondhand jewellery?
A3 Yes, all our seconhand jewellery is bought from trade auction houses, this allows us to sell a vast variety of jewellery from around the world at such low prices.
Q4 Can you use the stones from my old ring to make a new ring or earrings to my own designs?
A4 Yes, this is a very common request. We will first need to spend a little time with you to asses all your requirements.
